Thomas Mavroudakis, PhD, is the CEO of Empedus, as well as an experienced consultant in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Project Management, with a deep focus on ISO and ITIL processes. He has served for more than as the Principal Consultant at Empedus P.C. and has led certified training programs for hundreds of professionals, specializing in ITIL, Prince2, Cobit5, and ISO standards. His expertise extends to credit risk, AI, and information security risk management. He has significant academic contributions in Knowledge Management and Mathematical Logic, and his work has supported NATO operations and EU-funded research projects in various domains.
